About the Role: Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll join an organically diverse team from 70+ countries where all members contribute and support each other's success and well-being. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences and driving business growth through innovative solutions and tech-powered innovation. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and customers, resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. Key Responsibilities: Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile Your Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a genuine desire to help others. You'll also need to have: High school diploma with six months of customer service experience preferred Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence Essential Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
