As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and performing administrative functions. Your key responsibilities will include: * Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities * Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service * Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers * Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data * Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities * Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports * Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * High school diploma or equivalent * Bilingual is preferred but not required **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following essential skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous customer service experience in a similar industry * Experience with CRM software and data analysis * Certification in customer service or a related field * Fluency in multiple languages **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
