With over 9,000 brick-and-mortar stores across America, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, arenaflex is proud to be a local healthcare leader serving nearly 10 million customers every day. **Work Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Data Entry Remote Jobs (Wfh), you will be responsible for: * Utilizing arenaflex's data entry techniques and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system * Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing * Investigating to acquire missing medication data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) * Settling all data entry related to special cases * Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settling outbound calls to prescribers and patients depending on the situation * Settling Outsider Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual account requirements * Settling on phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Exceptions * Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas * Identifying and reporting issues to senior-level staff as necessary **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online) * Basic web search skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online * Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files) * Ability to communicate in writing and verbally * 18 years old or older **Preferred Qualifications:** * At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment * At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction * Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents) * Familiarity with Spanish and English **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As a member of our team, you will have opportunities for career growth and professional development. arenaflex offers a range of training programs, mentorship opportunities, and continuing education resources to help you advance your skills and knowledge. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being of our employees.
