**Experienced Customer Service Representative - Data Entry & Document Review Specialist for arenaflex Railcar Maintenance Services**

If you possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to join our team at arenaflex. **Job Summary:** As a Customer Service Representative - Data Entry & Document Review Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating railcar maintenance events that meet the requirements of the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), the Association of American Railroads (AAR), and our customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries and requests are addressed promptly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in preparing and reviewing railcar files, work orders, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the customer contact, answering questions and requests related to railcar maintenance services * Evaluate en-route notifications from customers to ensure the shop has received the necessary information to service railcars * Prepare or supervise the preparation of railcar files, ensuring the shop has the required forms, documentation, drawings, and information to service railcars * Review work orders and applicable forms for accuracy and completeness * Input and upload estimates, pursue customer approval, conduct final reviews, and close out car files * Update all internal and external systems with the appropriate changes to car status * Participate in the process of updating Customer Mechanical Systems to avoid defects, missed updates, and records closing prior to being updated * Provide daily, weekly, and monthly railcar status reports using computer systems * Prepare customer updates for Corporate Reports as received * Respond expeditiously to customer requests, emails, phone calls, and other communications * Participate in customer-related conference calls and visits, audits, and other activities as required by the plant manager * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the railcar maintenance industry or a related field * Knowledge of FRA, AAR, and customer requirements * Familiarity with Customer Mechanical Systems and other related software applications * Experience with data entry and document management systems * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in computer systems and software applications * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
