**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Chat Support Specialist**

Our commitment to putting the customer first has earned us a reputation for excellence, and we're just getting started. **The Details** * **Start Date:** February 19, 2024 * **Training:** Three weeks of virtual training, Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM MST. The fourth week will be your regular schedule. * **Full Time or Part Time positions:** We're looking for both full-time and part-time representatives to join our team. * **Starting base pay:** $15.00 per hour * **Shift:** Available shifts are between 11 AM and 11 PM MST, with a required Saturday or Sunday shift each week. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform * Responding to incoming emails from customers * Requesting contact lens prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed * Consulting customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase (sales) * Providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment * Delivering solutions to customers in a way that creates a positive experience * Maintaining high performance metrics, including quality, sales, and dependability * Problem-solving and thinking on your feet to keep the customer and company in mind **Why We'll Love You** We're looking for individuals who embody our company values: Big-hearted, Tenacious, Unconventional, and Better together!
