Key Responsibilities Receive and manage 30-40 inbound calls per day from a queue, providing top-notch service to ADP client employees regarding benefits and open enrollment. Explain and interpret complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and their dependents, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their options and benefits. Analyze and combine data to provide detailed information on benefits, group insurance programs, and utilization, identifying areas where program design or administrative procedures might need modification. Record employee enrollments in benefits accurately and efficiently, utilizing specialty knowledge in benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures. Demonstrate strong customer service skills, resolving issues, answering questions, and providing support via inbound calls, with minor interactions via email and chat.
