Working from the comfort of your own home, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls and chats, gathering customer information, and fulfilling customer needs. You'll also have the opportunity to educate customers about tax preparation products and services, resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines, and identify opportunities to drive process improvements. **Responsibilities** * Handle a high volume of incoming calls and chats, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Gather customer information, assess customer needs, and fulfill customer requests * Educate customers regarding tax preparation products and services, ensuring they understand the benefits and features * Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including our proprietary system and other web-based applications * Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty * Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings * Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision-making, ensuring that customer needs are met while adhering to company guidelines * Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our clients and their customers * Accept and embrace changes within the current business environment, adapting to new processes and procedures as needed * Be responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required **Our Client** Our client is a leading global outsourcer, specializing in customer experience, product support, and automation.
