You'll perform a variety of receptionist, secretarial, and clerical duties, handle day-to-day transactions, and maintain customer accounts. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Help customers open checking and savings accounts, and provide guidance on our banking products and services * Maintain customer accounts, resolve disputes, and ensure accurate record-keeping * Refer customers to loan officers or other financial specialists to meet their unique needs * Record transactions, count and package currency, and reconcile cash drawers * Promote arenaflex's products and services to customers, and communicate with other bank team members * Safely manage and maintain safe deposit boxes, including opening, closing, billing, and granting access to customers **Essential Qualifications** * Prior banking experience is preferred but not required; however, a strong understanding of banking principles and practices is essential * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving customer concerns * Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues * Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year of experience in banking or a related field * 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field * Familiarity with banking software and systems * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude * Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving customer concerns * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
