Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess: Previous experience in customer service, office, or call center environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in data entry and office software applications, including QuickBooks and other relevant tools.
