As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online interactions. You will serve as a liaison between blithequark, our customers, and patients, resolving routine customer requests, providing education and information, and qualifying new customers. If you have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities:** * Act as a liaison between blithequark, the customer base, and patients, providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online interactions. * Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. * Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures, inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution. * Provide additional customer education and information as needed, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of our products and services. * Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting blithequark's products and services, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration. * Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions, providing accurate and timely information to customers. * Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. * Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail. * Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, contributing to the growth and success of blithequark. * Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance. **Schedule:** * Monday - Friday (9:00 am – 5:30 pm) EST and alternating Saturdays, providing flexibility and work-life balance. * May require occasional overtime or extended hours to meet business needs. **Education and Qualifications:** * Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. * Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. * Previous experience in a customer service role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Experience working in a contact center/call center environment is preferred. * Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is highly desirable. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required. * Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond. * Must be courteous with a strong customer service orientation. * Excellent multitasking abilities required. * Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly. * Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable. **Benefits:** * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, paid time off (PTO), flexible time off (FTO), commissions, and company bonus where applicable. * Opportunities for growth, continual development, professional challenge, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and patients. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on teamwork, innovation, and excellence. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the success of blithequark. **Equal Opportunity Employer:** Blithequark is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to diversity and inclusion in the workforce.
