This is a unique opportunity to work in a flexible and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their caregivers. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to deliver high-quality service, resolve client queries, and provide timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Answering all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner * Resolving client and nurse queries that are within the scope of after-hours support * Providing timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform * Notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary * Confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start * Performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services * Documenting all scenarios on our platform, as well as updating caregiver schedules as needed * Completing non-urgent admin projects if time allows **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * **Fluent in English**: You must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. * **Compassionate and confident**: You will need to be empathetic and understanding, with a confident and professional demeanor. * **Responsible and reliable**: You must be able to work independently and reliably, with a strong sense of accountability. * **10+ years' work experience in customer service + office duties**: You will need to have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong understanding of office duties and will need to have excellent phone and computer skills, with the ability to navigate our platform and software. * **Staffing and/or health care experience**: You will need to have experience working in staffing or healthcare, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges. * **Experience working remotely and independently to the USA**: You must be able to work independently and remotely, with a strong understanding of the USA time zone and its requirements. * **Quiet and professional work-from-home environment**: You will need to have a quiet and professional work-from-home environment, with a reliable internet connection and a backup plan for load-shedding. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * 10+ years' experience in customer service and office duties * Experience working in staffing and/or healthcare * Experience working remotely and independently to the USA * Impeccable phone and computer skills * Fluent in English
