Job Overview and Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in making a positive impact on our members' lives. You will be the first point of contact for questions about our service offerings and will resolve member concerns in a timely and accurate manner. Your primary responsibilities will include: Receiving and documenting customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correct and up-to-date Ensuring all company procedures are followed and adhered to Inputting accurate trip data into our systems Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work and referring unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation and resolution Multitasking effectively and efficiently to extract necessary information from multiple systems Reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage Work Schedule and Requirements This is a remote position, and you must live in Virginia to be considered. The required start date is 10/22/2024, and you will work a schedule of Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday (4-10 hour shifts). You must have a high-speed internet connection of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload, and you will be required to provide proof of a speed test. You must also have a dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides privacy to review company-sensitive documents securely. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have: A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) 0-2 years of related experience 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills The ability to type 35wpm or more Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite The ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Preferred qualifications include experience working in a remote environment and familiarity with customer service software and technology.
