As a Customer Service Representative Administrator, you'll play a vital role in our MVRecovery division, connecting lenders and repossession agents to facilitate quicker and more compliant recoveries. About blithequark and the MVRecovery Division blithequark is a leader in providing mission-critical communication solutions. Our MVRecovery division, part of MVTrac/MVConnect, is a full-service recovery operation that relies on technology and people to secure collateral for our clients. We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Administrator to work in our fast-paced recovery environment, ensuring seamless interactions with field agents and customers. Key Responsibilities Maintain account orderliness by assigning field agents to each account and updating designated accounts with new information received from clients. Communicate escalated information to clients or supervisors as needed, demonstrating strong phone skills and the ability to provide clear and concise direction. Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral by demonstrating basic product and service knowledge and initiating required actions. Multi-task and organize tasks efficiently, leveraging experience with G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative Administrator at blithequark, you'll need: A High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of Customer Service and Account Management experience, or equivalent. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position). Strong phone skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise direction. Experience with G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications can enhance your candidacy: Experience in collateral repossession, collections, asset recovery, skip tracing, or credit. Previous work in a remote environment. Strong multi-tasking and organization skills. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. A customer-centric approach, with a focus on resolving issues and addressing concerns.
