Primary Duties and Responsibilities Meet outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs, ensuring high productivity and efficiency in your work. Utilize various communication channels, including telephones, email, chat, and text, to provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries. Effectively use our CRM system to resolve technical inquiries, ensuring follow-up and customer resolution. Adhere to policies and procedures regarding escalations, updates, and notations of customer interactions. Initiate calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex systems and processes. Comprehend and share training material on a variety of topics, showcasing your ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies. Attain all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
