As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with providers and members via phone to address inquiries, concerns, and questions about insurance coverage and products. Key Responsibilities Interact with providers and members to provide information and respond to inquiries, concerns, and questions about insurance coverage and products Transfer calls to the appropriate department as needed Follow up on unresolved inquiries and complaints Perform research on billing inquiries and claims to provide payments and refunds Act as a liaison between various departments to address concerns and resolve issues Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using our computer system Follow up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved Research member and provider billing and claims issues Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner Navigate through automated information systems to analyze the caller's situation and provide personalized support Demonstrate the ability to perform in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment while maintaining high-quality scores Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our organization's values and mission. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range of $34,091 - $52,000, depending on your location and experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for overtime and quarterly bonuses, averaging $1,100 every three months.
