Key Responsibilities Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools to meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in accordance with company procedures and guidelines Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality of service Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service that exceeds their expectations Essential Qualifications 3+ years of customer service and project management experience, with a preference for experience within the furniture industry Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with excellent communication and presentation skills Familiarity with project management systems and practices, with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters and situations High school degree, with hospitality industry experience and QuickBooks experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools and technologies Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
