About the Role The Online Chat Specialist will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with site visitors, responding to queries, and providing exceptional customer service in real-time. You will be the face of our company, representing arenaflex and our clients in a professional and courteous manner. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate and timely support, ensuring that our clients' customers have an exceptional experience on their websites. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately Promote interest in client products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement Portray and project a positive and professional image, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
