About the Role As a Trader Administrations Group Captain at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence in customer service, leading by example, and mentoring your colleagues to achieve outstanding results. Reporting to our Merchant Services Manager, you'll be responsible for providing expert-level support, resolving complex issues, and driving process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or office environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions. A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to work effectively with individuals of varying technical abilities. Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to perform data analysis and drive insights.
