About the Role As a Trader Administrations Group captain, you will report to our Dealer Administrations Manager and serve as a specialist-level individual contributor. You'll be responsible for demonstrating best practices in case and line management, issue resolution, metrics monitoring, and driving other individual givers through coaching and providing daily functional support. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, demonstrating your academic achievements. 2+ years of experience in an office environment, showcasing your ability to work effectively in a professional setting. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges. A client-driven approach, with the ability to work with individuals with varying levels of technical expertise. Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis, with the ability to apply data-driven insights to your work.
