About the Role As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing in-station, real-time support to customers and delivery partners. You'll be responsible for resolving issues, answering questions, and providing accurate and up-to-date information about packages. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make a significant impact on our customers' experience. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email to resolve issues and provide information Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding blithequark's values and respecting every customer Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, ensuring a positive outcome Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School or equivalent diploma Previous experience in Customer Service, with a proven track record of resolving issues and providing excellent support Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and productivity Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues simply Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and ever-changing environment Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and providing a positive experience Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
