Job Overview As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in improving the customer experience by providing in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. Your role will also involve connecting customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Key Responsibilities As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include: Communicating with customers directly in-person, as well as via phone and email Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure a positive experience Upholding blithequark's values and respecting every customer, regardless of their background or circumstances Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a timely and professional manner Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to the issues that customers present, using your knowledge and expertise to provide effective solutions Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues, using your excellent communication skills to resolve problems efficiently Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome, using your analytical skills to identify and resolve issues Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer, using your expertise and knowledge to provide the best possible solution Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that our customers receive the support they need, when they need it Physical Demands The role of a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark requires a range of physical activities, including: Carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury Frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching, using your physical abilities to perform tasks efficiently Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, using your endurance to maintain a high level of performance throughout the day Working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, using hearing protection to ensure your safety and well-being Working in an environment where the temperature may vary due to outside weather conditions and is not controlled, using your adaptability to adjust to changing conditions A Day in the Life As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where our leading logistics system operates. You'll be in contact with our warehouse associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance, using your expertise and knowledge to provide effective support. Whether a customer needs to reschedule a delivery or you notice a delivery issue, you'll be responsible for resolving it straight away, using your problem-solving skills to ensure a positive outcome.
