As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised, and that we put smiles on their faces. About the Role As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing in-station, real-time, hands-on support to our customers. You'll communicate with customers directly, in-person, via phone, and email, and connect them with experts who can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Your role will go beyond fulfilling and delivering customer orders; it's about making sure we provide an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers directly, in-person, via phone, and email, to resolve issues and provide support Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, clearly understanding and responding to their concerns Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer, working in a fast-paced environment Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, performing tasks with or without reasonable accommodation Physical Demands The role requires performing the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud (hearing protection will be provided) Work in an environment where the temperature may vary due to outside weather conditions and is not controlled Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: High School or equivalent diploma Previous experience in Customer Service Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a busy environment Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
