Job Overview As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in improving the customer experience by providing in-station, real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You will be the face of blithequark, connecting customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Your work will go beyond fulfilling and delivering customer orders; it's about making a positive impact on our customers' lives. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers directly in-person, as well as via phone and email, to resolve issues and provide support Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, clearly understanding and responding to their concerns Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues, approaching problems logically and with good judgment Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer, working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction Work a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week), including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High school or equivalent diploma Previous experience in customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional support and resolving issues Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook, as well as familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience Experience working in a logistics or supply chain environment, with a focus on customer service and support Proficiency in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation and Benefits Our compensation package is competitive and reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $62,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
