Scheduling appointments for examinees, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately captured and communicated. Researching, locating, and providing information to appropriate entities, demonstrating a commitment to resolving customer queries and concerns. Maintaining ownership of calls and documenting all information in the case management system, adhering to standardized process workflows and ensuring data integrity. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A High School diploma or equivalent (GED), demonstrating a foundational level of education and a commitment to personal development. A minimum of 3 years of call center/scheduling experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, where you have honed your skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. The ability to work various shifts and cover multiple time zones, showcasing your flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
