**Experienced Customer Service Professional – Building Customer Loyalty and Confidence in a Dynamic Team Environment**

We're now seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Professional to join our team in the Downey, CA area! **About the Role:** As a Customer Service Professional at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in building customer loyalty and confidence by receiving and responding to customer inquiries via all channels. This is a hybrid position that offers the perfect blend of flexibility and collaboration, with 3 days spent onsite and 2 days working remotely. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Work directly with customers and sales professionals as a main source for products, service, and problem resolution * Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other requests from customers and internal business partners in a timely and professional manner * Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and provide personalized solutions * Seek assistance from team members when necessary to ensure seamless issue resolution * Recommend solutions for customers independently, as well as with field reps or managers * Complete basic item look-up/sourcing and order placement independently or with assistance from the Field Sourcing team * Order entry and follow up on those orders to ensure timely delivery * Manage and track all back orders and open orders to minimize delays and maximize customer satisfaction * Request credits and enter returns in a timely manner to maintain accurate records * Maintain deliver status and order source tracking to ensure successful and on-time delivery **Qualifications:** * Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, courteous, and helpful approach * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in phone and email communication * Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job * Intermediate skill level in MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems * Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is a plus, but not required * Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to recognize and resolve basic issues independently or with assistance from peers * Consistently exhibits a high level of motivation and sense of urgency, with a focus on delivering exceptional results **Why Join blithequark?** * Competitive pay and benefits package, including paid weekly (Direct Deposit or ATM Debit Card available) * Access to health benefits and retirement plan to support your well-being and long-term goals * A personal recruiter to help with job searches and assistance when at work, ensuring you're always connected and supported * FREE ONLINE skills training to help you develop new skills and advance your career * Contract-to-Hire Opportunity to take your career to the next level **About blithequark:** At blithequark, we're passionate about connecting talented individuals with the right job opportunities.
