**Experienced Customer Service Consultant – Health and Wellness Support**

As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a positive impact on our members' lives. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing education, support, and guidance to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. You'll work closely with our nurses and coaches to schedule appointments, educate members on available programs, and promote our mobile app. Your primary functions will include: * Educating identified members about programs available to them to promote wellness * Scheduling appointments with our nurses and coaches or scheduling them in a group coaching event * Educating members on their company-sponsored incentives and reviewing progress towards meeting their incentives * Assisting members with portal questions (password resets, registering, navigation, filling out health assessments) and promoting the mobile app * Providing a positive member experience reflective of the CVS values **Training and Schedule** The training for this role is approximately six weeks, from 8:00 AM EST to 4:30 PM EST. After training, you'll work a flexible schedule, with available shifts between 10:30 AM EST and 9:00 PM EST. As a remote worker, you'll need to have a reliable high-speed broadband internet connection (100/25 mbps) and a direct connection using an Ethernet cord. Wi-Fi is not permitted. **Required Qualifications** * 2 years of experience in a customer service call center environment where you supported inbound and outbound queues * Experience promoting programs or telephonic sales is preferred but not required * Averaged 85-100 contacts per day * Keyboarding skills and able to type 45 WPM with 95% accuracy * You can provide an online test * Microsoft 360 (Outlook, Teams, One Drive) experience * Workforce management experience is preferred but not required * Avaya One X or comparable telephonic software knowledge **Preferred Qualifications** * Worked in a setting where there were contractual customer expectations, performance guarantees * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written * Experience supporting complex and nuanced work * Ability to discern key points to assist with problem resolution * Demonstrate ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately, and efficiently * Ability to follow direction, multi-task, and adapt to change * Foundational knowledge of computers (e.g., navigation, working in multiple windows, basic functions such as copy/paste, basic trouble-shooting skills) * Ability to learn in an online/telework environment **Education** * High School Diploma or GED **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is $18.50 - $31.72. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
