Job Description and Responsibilities As a Consultant Streaming Support - Customer Service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers of our streaming media and entertainment client. Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Providing basic troubleshooting skills and technical support for streaming services on various devices, including phones and smart TVs Utilizing strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues Multitasking and using several applications simultaneously, including CRM applications Providing exceptional guest experiences and building rapport with callers Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including quality and productivity standards Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience Experience with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills and a demonstrated understanding of streaming services on various devices Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel) Technical support experience and strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with CRM applications Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with callers and provide exceptional guest experiences What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a competitive hourly rate and paid training, as well as additional pay incentives and monthly rewards and recognition programs.
