Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients via email and live chat. You will communicate with customers to resolve their inquiries and issues, providing accurate and complete information using our comprehensive Knowledge Base. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, and you will have the opportunity to work with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve our overall service delivery. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using our Knowledge Base, ensuring that they have the information they need to make informed decisions. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed, working with other departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer communications and issues. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction, providing ongoing support and ensuring that customer issues are fully resolved. Achieve and maintain established performance metrics, continually striving to improve your performance and contribute to the success of our customer service team. Work with other departments to resolve customer issues, collaborating with colleagues to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as at least 1 year of experience in customer service. You will also need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with chat software similar to Facebook Messenger is also required, as well as proficiency in basic computer skills such as MS Office and Google Suite.
