Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability. Familiarity with chat software similar to Facebook Messenger, and proficiency in basic computer skills such as MS Office, Google Suite, etc. Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, and a reliable internet connection. Basic English writing skills, with the ability to write clear and concise emails and chat responses. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in live chat or customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently.
