Technical Requirements To work remotely as a Chat Specialist, you will need: Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions. The ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
