Job Overview As a Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in representing our dealer clients favorably online and converting website traffic into leads. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in online conversations with individuals inquiring about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions. You will provide accurate information, schedule appointments, capture customer contact information, and summarize interactions for client review. Key Responsibilities Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Provide detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to help customers make informed decisions. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and our dealer clients. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and following up with customers as needed. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights to help our dealer clients improve their services and generate revenue. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not essential. You should have a strong foundation in basic internet and window-based computer skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. A positive and professional demeanor, ability to adapt to change, and enjoyment of a quick-paced work environment are also essential. In addition to these qualifications, you should meet the following requirements: Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. Must live within the state of Florida, as this is a remote position. Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions is essential for this role. Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT. Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred.
