About the Role In this critical role, you will be responsible for helping customers and healthcare providers understand our business and services, addressing complex inquiries, and advocating for the health and wellness of our customers. As a senior representative, you will be expected to deliver seamless customer experiences, supporting multiple lines of business and providing robust support for various and sometimes complex inquiries. Key Responsibilities Help customers and healthcare providers understand our business, including topics such as prior authorization status, claims issues, and benefit coverage related to medical and dental procedures. Support two customers simultaneously within our Chat platform, requiring attention to detail and technological savvy. Deliver a seamless customer experience, supporting multiple lines of business and providing robust customer support for various and sometimes complex inquiries. Advocate for our customers' health and wellness, educating them on disease management programs and making recommendations on healthy living programs tailored to their needs. Take ownership of inquiries and issues, resolving them efficiently and effectively, with the goal of resolving them the first time, every time. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of excellent customer service skills, technical knowledge, and strong communication abilities. The following qualifications are preferred: Minimum of 1-2 years of Call Center experience, with a strong focus on customer service and support. Thorough technical knowledge of medical terminology, with the ability to understand and communicate complex information effectively. Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, human connection/empathy, researching, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated oral, written, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Prior experience with time management, excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and customer-centric, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
