As a remote work pioneer, arenaflex offers a flexible and supportive work environment that allows our team members to thrive from the comfort of their own homes. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for: * Managing major business accounts and providing order management and customer care to the Corporate Sales Team * Providing exceptional customer service support, including inbound calls, emails, and customer service requests * Processing a variety of orders, including electronic and manual order entry * Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our CRM system * Collaborating with the Corporate Sales Team to resolve customer inquiries and issues * Utilizing various tools and systems, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console, Viewer System Console, Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce, and Customer Contact Tool * Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization * A proven ability to use discretion in working with confidential information * Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions * Extensive knowledge in order entry and customer service within CCS * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or work-from-home environment * Familiarity with CRM systems, including Salesforce * Knowledge of order management and customer service processes * Experience working with a variety of customer service tools and systems **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our team members' growth and development.
