Duties & Responsibilities As a Virtual Amazon Warehouse | Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols Managing responsibilities for a Virtual Amazon Warehouse location, including opening and closing site Using technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing and distribution Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Be at least 18 years old, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues Be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week Have a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service What it's like working at blithequark At blithequark, we're committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
