With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, we strive to create an exceptional experience for every interaction, from initial inquiry to final resolution. **Your Role as a Customer Service Associate** As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing elite service to our sellers and customers through various channels, including phone and email. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers * Responding to a broad range of event and order-related questions * Investigating instances where customer experience has been affected and resolving issues fairly and constructively * Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers, including monitoring open and pending orders * Providing real-time assistance and support to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers **Your Journey with blithequark** As a Seller Operations Associate, your role expectations will progress significantly over the first 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect: * **30 days in**: Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources needed to succeed in your role. Learn about blithequark's operations, the live event industry, and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers. * **60 days in**: Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities. * **90 days in**: Play an active role in continued learnings to advance your skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers. **What We're Looking For** To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll need to bring the following qualities and skills to the table: * **Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills**: You'll be the primary point of contact for our sellers and customers, so it's essential to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * **Strong customer service mindset**: You'll need to embody a customer-centric approach, with a focus on problem-solving, decision-making, and resolution skills. * **Interest in the live event space**: We're looking for someone who's passionate about the live event industry and eager to learn about the intricacies of our business. * **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment**: You'll need to thrive in a dynamic environment where no two interactions are ever the same. **Work Environment and Schedule** Our office is located in Coppell, TX, and we offer a hybrid work model that balances in-office and remote work. Your schedule will be as follows: * **First 4 weeks of employment**: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, for training.
