Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our customers, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Associate III, you'll be responsible for: * Handling moderate to complex inquiries from internal or external customers in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner * Addressing various types of policies and billing inquiries, including inbound/outbound calls, incoming correspondence, and other communications sources * Resolving service concerns while documenting customer requests and completing changes to policies * Staying up-to-date on new marketing campaigns to respond appropriately to marketing-related inquiries * Working knowledge of insurance policies and related processes and procedures * Demonstrating accuracy in processing changes to customer policies based on the information provided and identifying opportunities for cross-sales (if applicable) * Employing probing questions and actively listening to customer issues or questions, showing interest and compassion, and displaying empathy for the caller's situation * Ensuring facilitation of first call resolution and customer satisfaction on all transactions handled * Resolving routine, complex, and unique questions/issues **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) * 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (Preferred) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in using technology and software applications **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the insurance industry or a related field * Knowledge of insurance policies and related processes and procedures * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in using technology and software applications * Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service * Strong attention to detail and accuracy **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
