About the Role: Customer Service Associate As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be the first human touchpoint for our customers, providing top-notch support and service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and promote customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions. Track orders, resolve customer complaints, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Identify and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities, promoting relevant products and services to customers. Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring seamless issue resolution. Utilize our customer service ticketing system (Zendesk or similar) to manage and respond to customer inquiries. Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications and Requirements: A dedicated office/workspace with a reliable computer, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset. Availability to work 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, with flexibility to work overtime hours and weekends during peak holiday seasons. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, providing support through multiple channels (email, phone, chat, social media). 1 year of experience working with a customer service ticketing system (Zendesk or similar). Strong computer skills, data-entry/keyboard skills, and experience working with performance metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bi-lingual skills are a plus. High school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience. A customer-first mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: At least 6 months of remote work experience, with a proven track record of productivity and self-motivation. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and growth. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts quickly and professionally. Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of organization and time management skills.
