Job Overview As a blithequark Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery. You will also assist customers with questions, work through problem-solving scenarios, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Our associates are expected to be flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery Assist customers with questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, providing solutions and alternatives as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site Use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders Receive truck deliveries and ensure accurate and efficient processing of orders Physical Requirements As a blithequark Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also be required to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may be required to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).
