Our team is made up of passionate, dedicated individuals who share a common goal: to deliver exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impression. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving customer issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience. * Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and arenaflex service traits. * Providing customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service, recommending items for sale, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays, and ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. * Assisting with separation of food items, product placement, and stock rotation, using the first-in, first-out method and restocking outs as needed. * Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive selling of promotional photo products. * Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance. * Complying with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers, and completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned. **Essential Qualifications** * Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). * Requires a willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours. * High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred. **Preferred Qualifications** * Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred. * Prior work experience with arenaflex or similar organizations preferred. * Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) preferred. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the job. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
