Job Summary The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for modeling and conveying a particular and magnificent client experience, ensuring that all customers receive respectful, fair, agreeable, and productive service. This role involves registering sales on designated sales registers, providing clients with helpful assistance, and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Registers sales on designated sales registers and provides clients with respectful, fair, agreeable, and productive checkout service Engages clients and patients by greeting them and offering help with items and services, settling client issues, and answering inquiries to ensure a positive client experience Models and offers client support best practices with all colleagues to deliver an unmistakable and brilliant client experience, including relational habits (e.g., welcoming, eye-to-eye connection, courtesy, and so on) and arenaflex service qualities (e.g., offering assistance proactively, recognizing needs, overhauling until fulfilled, and so forth) Recommends items available for purchase to clients and suggests exchange up as well as companion items Registers client purchases on appointed sales register, collects cash, and circulates change as mentioned; processes voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades as necessary Keeps counters and retires clean and well-marketed, takes stock, and maintains records, checking in and pricing stock as required or as directed by head supervisor or conveyed by the shift chief Carries out Organization resource protection methods to identify and limit benefit misfortune, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., liquor and tobacco items) Develops and maintains displays, including special, seasonal, super designs, and sale stock, completing resets and updates as directed Assists with separation of food items (e.g., raw food sources from pre-cooked) and item position as determined by policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on base retires), aiding in stock rotation, using the earliest in, earliest out technique, and restocking outs for edible items Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment, providing client assistance in the photo area, including digital identification photo service, banner print, and creative machine, intriguing sell of special photo items Takes on web get obligations (screens orders in Picture Care Plus, takes care of orders (pick items), delivers orders to clients as they arrive at the store) Assists with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, flawless, deliberate store condition and appearance, conforming to all organization policies and procedures, and maintaining respectful associations with colleagues Completes special tasks and different undertakings as assigned, attending training and completing PPLs mentioned by Chief or assigned by corporate Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Must be conversant in reading, writing, and speaking English (Besides in Puerto Rico) Expectation of eagerness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours Preferred Qualifications Prefer a minimum of six months of experience in a retail environment Previous work experience with arenaflex is an asset Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
