About Us: The blithequark Locker+ Experience Our Locker+ locations are strategically situated in convenient retail spaces, such as within Whole Foods Market or as freestanding locations, allowing customers to seamlessly pick up and return packages. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch service, answering questions, and resolving issues with a smile. You'll work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that demands flexibility, creativity, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Assist customers with questions, concerns, and issues, providing personalized support and resolving problems efficiently. Work through complex problem-solving scenarios, collaborating with customers to find solutions that meet their needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Utilize technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and systems. Receive truck deliveries, processing shipments and updating inventory as needed. Physical Demands and Scheduling Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to: Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items around the workspace efficiently. Navigate stairs (where applicable) with ease. Work part-time schedules between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with varying shifts week to week, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
