Our Amazon Locker+ retail locations are designed to provide a convenient and secure way for customers to pick up and return their packages, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help make this happen. **Job Overview** As a Customer Service Associate at Amazon Locker+, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will work closely with our customers to resolve any issues they may have, and you will be an ambassador for blithequark's commitment to customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery * Assisting customers with questions and resolving any issues they may have * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace * Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site * Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are properly stored and secured **Physical Demands** As a Customer Service Associate, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for up to five hours, and using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around. You will also be required to go up and down stairs (where applicable) and be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week. **What it's like to work at Amazon Locker+** * Safety: Your safety is our top priority, and we provide a safe working environment for all our employees. * Surroundings: You will be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and may be located in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse. * Activity: You will be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages. * Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments. * Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you would expect in a grocery store. * Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety.
