You will work closely with our customers to resolve any issues they may have, and you will be an ambassador for blithequark's commitment to customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery * Assisting customers with questions and resolving any issues they may have * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace * Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site * Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring that all packages are properly stored and secured **Physical Demands** As a Customer Service Associate, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for up to five hours, and using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.
