As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact in our communities. **Job Overview** As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, processing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will work in a designated retail location, where you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers, and resolving any issues they may have. Your role will be to create a positive and memorable experience for our customers, making them feel valued and appreciated. **Key Responsibilities** Some of your key responsibilities as an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate may include: * Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery * Assisting customers with questions and resolving any issues they may have * Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace * Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site * Using technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receiving truck deliveries **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful as an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Be at least 18 years old and have the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English * Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner * Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Possess basic math skills and be able to accurately process customer orders and returns * Be able to lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation * Be able to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation * Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week **What it's like to work at blithequark** As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be working in a safe and comfortable environment, with a relaxed dress code and minimal noise levels.
