Job Overview In this multifaceted role, you will be the frontline representative of arenaflex, handling telephone and virtual customer interactions with professionalism and expertise. Your primary responsibilities will include providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries, utilizing various tools and systems to initiate and service customer requests, and making recommendations according to customer needs. You will work in-center 3-4 days weekly and remotely from home 1-2 days weekly, ensuring seamless customer service and support across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding products and services offered by arenaflex, utilizing in-depth knowledge of our offerings to provide best solution options and totally resolve customer issues. Develop a proven track record of resolving issues and retaining customers, driving first call resolution and enhancing customer satisfaction. Utilize various systems and tools to initiate and service customer requests, including telephone, email, e-care, correspondence, TTY, and online chat. Coordinate with all sales channels for retention efforts on existing customer base, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues, such as voice and data issues, network conditions, connectivity, devices, applications, provisioning, and billing. Provide support for products and services offered by arenaflex, including laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, initial set-up, and configuration of software and applications. Engage third-party vendors and suppliers as needed to address service faults and provide customer resolution, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. Remain proficient in all billing, rate plan, and feature matters, staying up-to-date with the latest products, services, and promotions offered by arenaflex. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Advanced typing and keyboarding skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours, with occasional overtime required. Ability to work onsite in one of our call centers, as well as remotely from home, with a dedicated workspace that meets arenaflex's WFH standards. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Call center experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support. Advanced knowledge of telecommunications products and services, including wireless local number portability, relocations, combined bill support, and pre-paid services. Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues, including technical support and billing inquiries.
