Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing major business accounts, providing order management and customer care to the Corporate Sales Team, and ensuring seamless customer service support. Your expertise in customer service, order entry, and account maintenance will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide sales support, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service support to external customers, internal callers, and stakeholders via inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels Manage and process a variety of orders, including electronic and manual order entry, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, account records, and order status, utilizing systems such as the Viewer System Console, Emailed Holds Report, and Holds Worker Console Utilize Salesforce to support management dashboard activities, customer contact tools, and other sales-related tasks Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Team to provide sales support, resolve customer complaints, and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty Demonstrate a high level of discretion when working with confidential information, ensuring the security and integrity of customer data Accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during peak periods, such as holidays Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative support to customers Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns Extensive knowledge of order entry and customer service principles, with experience in a similar role or industry Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies A self-motivated and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to organize multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and produce results in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with a proven ability to manage time effectively and maintain productivity Familiarity with Salesforce, or similar CRM systems, and experience with customer contact tools and management dashboards Knowledge of industry-specific software or systems, such as order management or customer service platforms Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
