Key Responsibilities and Duties The successful candidate will be responsible for managing major business accounts, providing order management and customer care, and supporting the Corporate Sales Team. The main duties of this role include: Providing exceptional customer service support to external customers and internal stakeholders via inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels Processing a variety of orders, including electronic and manual order entry, and ensuring accurate and timely completion Resolving customer service requests, addressing concerns, and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including account maintenance and sales support to the Corporate Sales Team Utilizing various systems and tools, such as the Viewer System Console, Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console, Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce, and Customer Contact Tool, to manage orders and customer interactions Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve shared goals Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences and building strong relationships with customers Extensive knowledge of order entry and customer service principles, with experience working in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions Ability to accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during peak periods, such as holidays A proven ability to use discretion when working with confidential information, and maintain confidentiality and integrity in all interactions Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Experience working with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems Knowledge of order management and customer service software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Certification in customer service or a related field, such as a Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
