Answering questions regarding our products, services, orders, returns, and technical support, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings and policies. Troubleshooting basic issues and escalating more complex problems to the relevant teams or supervisors as needed, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues efficiently. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers, even in challenging situations, and documenting customer interactions clearly and accurately for future reference. Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate, and continuously striving to improve your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred, but not required. Strong written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and tone, are essential for effective communication with customers via live chat and email. You must be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, remote environment and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
