Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be working remotely and online, utilizing your excellent communication skills to provide quick and comfortable support to our customers. You will be responsible for effectively searching out customers to survey their needs, providing help, and giving data to sell a whole task. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with your Specialty Manager and other partners in your department, as well as other divisions, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Effectively search out customers to survey their needs and provide help and support Utilize our tools and resources to learn about products and provide data to customers to sell a whole task Welcome, qualify, suggest, and close every customer in your area of expertise, and skill to handle basics in neighboring divisions Maintain the in-stock state of allocated regions, ensuring it is clean, shop-capable, and safe Ensure a safe working and shopping environment by observing all safety policies and procedures, completing indicated safety training, promptly rectifying hazards and hazardous situations, or reporting situations to the Supervisor On the job Work safely as not to jeopardize themselves, colleagues, vendors, or customers Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and have excellent communication and customer service skills. You will be a team player, able to work collaboratively with others, and have a strong ability to learn and adapt to new situations. You will also be proficient in using our tools and resources to learn about products and provide data to customers.
