About the Role We are seeking highly motivated and experienced customer service professionals to join our team in Manasquan, New Jersey. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching the proper authorities. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive starting pay of $17.49 per hour, shift differentials up to $4.00 per hour, and bilingual differentials. Key Responsibilities Handle emergency signals and respond promptly to ensure the safety and security of our customers Notify and verify alarm signals to determine the appropriate course of action Dispatch the proper authorities, such as police or fire departments, when necessary Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls and situations simultaneously Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues efficiently Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or emergency response environment Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications and technology systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak languages other than English Previous experience in alarm monitoring or emergency response services Knowledge of security protocols and procedures, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting Experience working in a hybrid remote environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
