About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative/Call Center Representative/Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at blithequark. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certification in a related field is an asset. Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or administrative support, preferably in a remote work environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
